- Mediação de um Fórum Virtual entre os Pontos produtores de audiovisual, para circulação de informações sobre as novas tecnologias e a TV Pública.
- Produção de um “Catálogo” (impresso e virtual) da cadeia produtiva de audiovisual dos Pontos de Cultura: instalações, equipamentos e pessoal. (Para atender as demandas de todos os Pontos de Cultura)
- Estreitar as relações entre a SAV e a SPPC para viabilizar a distribuição do material audiovisual produzido pelos Pontos através da Programadora Brasil, bem como para receber os “pacotes” de filmes distribuídos pela Programadora.
- Formar uma “Comissão Permanente”, com os 9 Pontos (representantes no Conselho Editorial) para a organização da Cobertura da TEIA e a respectiva exibição do material produzido pelos Pontos, na TEIA e outros eventos nacionais do MinC envolvendo Ponto de Cultura.
- Articular com o CTAV cursos sistemáticos de capacitação e atualização para os responsáveis pelas Oficinas de Vídeo dos Pontos.
- Criação de um Selo Cultura Viva de Audiovisual para garantir o custo industrial da prensagem e produção das capas dos DVDs produzidos pelos Pontos.
- Criação de um Calendário Permanente de exibição de vídeos produzidos pelos Pontos nas sedes das 9 Representações Regionais do MinC.
Outras considerações: Foram levantadas duas questões extremamente importantes que, antes de propostas, são exigências emergenciais:
– A entrega imediata dos kits multimídias ou seu valor correspondente em dinheiro para a aquisição direta pelos Pontos de Cultura que ainda não os receberam.
– No Encontro da Pré-TEIA, aqui mesmo em BH, foram tirados os 5 representantes provisórios dos Pontos de Cultura para o Conselho Editorial da TV Pública, por um pequeno grupo de 15 Pontos produtores de audiovisual, presentes naquela oportunidade, que seriam ratificados ou substituídos pela totalidade dos Pontos presentes na Plenária da TEIA.
